Meet Our Staff

Danielle Blanding, Owner

Danielle Blanding is the owner of Infants 'n More!! She is the mother of two with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She has 13 years management experience with a major, national company. Some of her past business experience includes Engineering, Budget Analysis and Management, Call Center Operations, and Supervisory positions. Danielle has earned a 90-hour Early Childhood Education certificate and is taking ongoing courses within the same field of study.

Jennifer Apalara, Director

Jennifer Apalara graduated from North County High school in 2000. Her major in high school was child development. After high school she worked with Joy and Learning for six months with the two year olds as a teacher's assistant. In October of 2000, Jennifer began working for Play Centers where she started as a teacher's assistant for toddlers and two year olds. For the next four years Jennifer was in the infant room as a teacher's assistant. She then became a lead teacher for the two year olds. In her time at Play Centers she has had many training opportunities to continue her learning in early childhood education. Some of these include but are not limited to first aid and CPR, SIDS, 45 hour infant and toddler, 45 hour Activities for Young Children, team work and communication classes, addressing children's medical needs, asthma, allergies, and anaphylaxis, developmentally appropriate practices and time in, understanding and preventing behavior issues. She just finished obtaining her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education in March 2009 with the University of Phoenix. She will be pursuing her BS in Early Childhood Education in April 2009 through the University of Phoenix.

Jennifer likes to spend her free time with her husband and son. She attends her son’s basketball and baseball games. Jennifer and her family attend Orioles games, trips to the park, and the beach. Jennifer also enjoys cooking and scrap booking.

Edshara Bryant, Toddler Teacher

Edshara graduated from Airport High School in West Columbia, South Carolina in 2001. Edshara has been caring for and babysitting children since middle school. Edshara's commitment to children has been demonstrated by her acts of kindness, such as volunteering at several child care centers and in her role as Sabbath Day Teacher at her church.

Edshara has earned her CPR/First Aide certification, 90 Hour pre-school certification, 45 Hour Infant/Toddler certificate, and is in the process of earning her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Penn Foster. She plans to own her own child care center in the future.

Edshara enjoys reading, going to the movies, and cooking in her spare time.

Christina Hildebrandt, Toddler Teacher

Christina Hildebrandt graduated from C. Milton Wright High School in 1993. After high school she found her calling in caring for others while working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a variety of environments ranging from home health care to nursing homes. After many years of caring for the elderly, she decided to switch to caring for young children, having had helped her family raise their younglings. She started off with Jennifer Apalara, at Play Centers, just outside of Annapolis. It was there that Christina honed her skills even further in child care. Christina then decided to join Jen at Infants 'n More. Since joining the team, Christina has obtained both a 90-Hour Pre-School and 45-Hour Infant & Toddler Certification.

In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and their extended families. She also likes to travel to new and exciting places while on vacation, enjoys reading, scrapbooking and watching her beloved Baltimore Ravens!

Audrey King, Preschool Teacher

Mrs. Audrey received her education at Harlem Park Elementary School, Old Court Middle School, Randallstown High School, and Morgan State University. She is currently continuing her studies at the Community College of Baltimore County. Mrs. Audrey has completed her 90 hour Early Childhood Education certification, 45 hour School Age certification, and a host of other certificates pertaining to the field of child care.

Mrs. Audrey is a proud wife, mother of two, and an ambassador for educating children. She chose the field of Early Childhood Education because she believes she can be a positive influence on the early developmental stages of children. Her teaching philosophy is: "Creativity is the key!"

Mrs. Audrey plans to finish her degree so that she can ultimately open an Early Learning Center/Outreach Center for disadvantaged children. She looks forward to meeting all the new families she will be interacting with in the future. Together, she knows that she and the children's parents, can build a better tomorrow, but it starts today with the young children.

Jessica Martin, Two's Teacher

Jessica Martin is proud to say she is the 2 Year Old teacher at Infants 'n More. She has been working at Infants 'n More since November 2011 and is looking forward to many more years of encouraging young minds through imagination and play. Jessica attended Edgewood High and graduated in 2008. During that time she received her 90 clock hour preschool course certification. After high school she furthered her child care knowledge by earning her Basic First Aid, CPR, and completing an early childhood course titled, Many Ways to Learn for Toddlers and Preschoolers. Jessica loves interacting with the children daily.
